This multi-family house was planned to be on the third floor of the house in accordance with the reduction of construction costs while securing the maximum number of households according to the legal parking lot. In addition, for the use of exterior and real space in the city, a deep veranda was placed to allow natural phenomena to occur indoors, and accordingly, the living environment of multi-family houses was improved.
